The adaptive air suspension with PASM reacts extremely quickly to dynamic changes while driving — depending on preferences and the selected driving mode with a focus on sportiness or comfort. For driving over uneven surfaces, the Smart Lift function raises the vehicle at the push of a button and saves the location so that it can react automatically in the future.

SportDesign packages.

The optionally available SportDesign packages from Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur emphasize the car's dynamic contours. They include a unique lower front section, side skirts and rear diffuser. The contrasting color Turbonite is exclusive to the Turbo models. Other color options are Black (high-gloss), paint finish in exterior color and Carbon.

Features in Turbonite.

Exclusive accentuating details are characteristic of the Turbo models. The side window trims, the model logo on the rear and the Porsche Crest on the hood and wheel caps are all contrasted in Turbonite. The inlays in the side skirts of the Taycan Turbo are also highlighted in Turbonite. The inlays on the lower front section, rear diffuser and in the side skirts on the Turbo S models are in Carbon.

Aerodynamics.

The optimized body with a completely covered underbody ensures exemplary aerodynamics. These efficient properties are enhanced by Porsche Active Aerodynamics (PAA). With active cooling air intakes and an adaptive, three-stage rear spoiler, the system varies between minimal air resistance and maximum E-Performance as needed and depending on the driving mode.

Pepita houndstooth.

The classic Pepita houndstooth pattern on the seat centers in the front and rear follows the Porsche approach: "No future without an origin". Pepita houndstooth was previously offered as a Sonderwunsch (special request) for the Porsche 356. In the Taycan, it is available as part of the RaceTex / Pepita houndstooth leather-free interior. High-quality microfiber RaceTex is combined with an innovative textile material. It also includes contrast stitching in GT Silver on the seats and seat belts.

Curved Display.

The digital 16.8-inch Curved Display places the displays in the field of vision. Depending on individual preference and route, the focus is placed on different views, including classic round instruments, a full-surface navigation map and a minimalist view. External touch control panels also make it easier to adjust lighting and chassis functions.

Aluminum Prism interior package.

Reflects the electrical performance of the Taycan in a special way: The optional Aluminum Prism interior package1 includes decorative surfaces in the front and rear doors and along the sides of the center console. The high-quality prism profile makes the surfaces stand out visually.

Sport Chrono Package.

Time for extra performance? The Sport Chrono package, which is standard for Turbo models, offers a motorsport-like driving experience. At the center of it all: the stopwatch on the dashboard. Particularly effective: The Sport Plus mode with performance settings for the chassis, aerodynamics and battery temperature control. Every all-wheel drive model with the Performance Battery Plus also features Push-to-Pass and Circuit mode.

Lane Change Assist

Alerts the driver to vehicles rapidly approaching from behind or vehicles travelling at the same speed in potential blind spots. The warning is emitted by lights in the exterior mirrors. The function is activated by the driver using Porsche Communication Management (PCM) and is available from approximately 10 mph.

3D Surround View

The 3D Surround View display allows the driver to influence the perspective displayed within the Porsche Communication Management (PCM) screen, resulting in a better all-round view. This allows for an enhanced view of your surroundings while parking.

Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC)

Radar- and video-based technology that monitors and automatically regulates the distance from the vehicle in front as required – even down to a halt by means of the stop-and-go function (selectable cruising speed from approximately 19 mph).
