It takes time to craft something truly exceptional. It requires tranquility, concentration and commitment. It needs dedication and the hands, heart and soul of a skilled person, as true value does not originate solely from the work of machines. Special things can only be created if people, masters of their craft, use their hands and their expertise, their ideas and their personality.

Our hands play an important role in the production and finishing. They turn something special into something unique, and are often the only tool that can do justice to our high demands. When fitting, painting and polishing or when cutting and stitching various materials, whether high-quality leather, wood, Carbon Fiber, Alcantara® or aluminium, we dedicate our full attention to each individual detail and take our time to finish to perfection. Our objective is to instill each vehicle with that certain something that makes it capable of achieving even more individuality and character. It is belief in this principle that has led to the creation of exceptional collector’s pieces over the last decade.

The time has come to portray this dedication in a very special model series. Taking the Panamera Turbo S Executive as a basis, for the first time we have created a highly exclusive small series of the Panamera range, limited to 100 cars worldwide – the Panamera Exclusive Series.

For more than 100 years, this company has processed and finished exclusively high-quality leather to a calibre that makes it worthy of the famous trademark of Poltrona Frau™.

“The level of quality that we endeavour to reach can only be achieved by the skilful hands of our specialist employees”, explains Roberto Archetti, Brand Director of the company. For many years, the leather produced here has been reserved for use in the most exclusive of furnishings. Today, the impeccably finished Poltrona Frau leather also contributes to the comfort that exudes from selected prestige v

ehicles.

“It is not just the control throughout all the phases of the leather processing – from the tanning through to the division and then the stitching that is important to us. It is primarily the perfect workmanship in the processing for which Poltrona Frau™ is renowned. Only this way can we preserve the leather’s natural qualities.” Archetti is evidently proud of the skilled abilities of the company’s employees: “The experience and care of each individual is reflected in the Poltrona Frau™ leather in every end product. Each structure is individual, full of character and has a natural texture.”

The result is tangible: a leather with a luxurious appearance and outstanding haptics.

The paintwork is distinctive. The base: Jet Black Metallic. The special feature: a unique blended paintwork in Chestnut Brown Metallic. A soft blend and yet also a strong contrast that starts at the front wings and extends across the front doors towards the rear where it ends on the doors, again in Jet Black Metallic. Precisely calculated and therefore identically reproducible, the blended paintwork combines a significant degree of engineering skill with outstanding craftsmanship.

It is difficult to achieve the perfect result, but the fundamental process is extremely easy. One man. One day. One vehicle. Each vehicle of the Panamera Exclusive Series with this unusual color is painted by hand, by an experienced specialist. A master of their craft. Each piece of art carries the signature of its creator.

Allow your eyes to roam over the interior of the Panamera Exclusive Series and you’ll soon discover yet another example of true craftsmanship – the blended paintwork in Piano Finish Black on the dark walnut trim. The blended color of the exterior paintwork is picked out again on the trim strips of the doors.

The two separate 10.1-inch touchscreens on the backrests of the front seats, integrated DVD drive, Bluetooth® headsets, SD card slot and the optional WLAN router with LTE technology offer you all manner of options. Everything from video conferencing through to watching live football broadcasts. Set your perfect sound on the sound system via Bluetooth® connection to the PCM.

To provide musical enjoyment with the highest possible sound quality, the Panamera Exclusive Series is fitted with the Burmester® High-End Surround Sound System as standard. Developed by one of the most renowned audiophile providers in the world, it boasts a so far unparalleled natural and rich spatial sound. The figures alone are impressive: 16 amplifier channels with over 1,000 watts total output, 16 loudspeakers including a 300-watt active subwoofer and a Class D amplifier.

The small series luggage set developed by Porsche Exclusive, comprising two trolleys, two travel bags and a beauty case can accompany you on all your journeys. The luggage items, available exclusively with the Panamera Exclusive Series, are produced from high-quality Poltrona Frau™ leather in Agatha Chestnut Brown, provided with exquisite details and specifically adapted to fit the precise dimensions of the Panamera Exclusive Series luggage compartment.

Drive and chassis

The active all-wheel-drive Porsche Traction Management (PTM) in conjunction with Porsche Stability Management (PSM) permanently monitors the driving status and optimally distributes the power to the front and rear axles according to the driving situation. For excellent propulsion on long straights, in tight corners as well as on surfaces with varying grip.

The 7-speed Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) with manual and automatic modes enables fast gear changes with no discernible interruption in the flow of power.

Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC) including Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV Plus) helps to ensure considerable control in lateral driving, and therefore body stabilization too. The result: ultimate traction and agility at speed. A precise steering feel and balanced load change performance. Even more fun in every corner.

The adaptive air suspension with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) offers uncompromising sportiness or even more comfort at the touch of a button.

The Sport Chrono Package enables an even sportier tuning of the Panamera Exclusive Series with outstanding driving dynamics.

The Panamera Exclusive Series is equipped with the Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake (PCCB) which has been tried and tested on the racetrack. Recognizable by the yellow brake calipers, it provides a constantly high braking performance and optimized handling. The key advantage of the PCCB is the extremely low weight giving better roadholding and increased driving and ride comfort.

The LED headlights in black including Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus (PDLS+) ensures optimum illumination of the road, supported by helpful functions such as the static and dynamic cornering lights and the dynamic high beam.
The ParkAssist (front and rear) is fitted as standard, enabling comfortable, easy maneuvering and parking.

Upon request, you can have the adaptive cruise control including Porsche Active Safe (PAS). A radar sensor in the front controls your speed depending on the distance from the vehicle in front. The system brakes softly as the distance reduces, and will bring the car to a standstill if necessary.

The optional Lane Change Assist provides a visual warning in the exterior mirrors whenever a vehicle approaches you in the neighboring lane.

The Lane Departure Warning is available upon request. The system will sound a warning tone whenever you steer towards a divider line marking and begin to leave the current lane without indicating.
